I'm just not a big console gamer. Prefer my PC :)
I bought the PS3 for exactly the same amount of time to beat RDR1.
Still available. Firm on the price for now.
I'm selling a like new PS4 Pro 1TB with RDR2.
I never registered or installed the online component of RDR2 so I think that will all work.
The PS4 Pro has only ever been used for about 20 hours playing RDR2. After that it was almost immediately boxed up. Perfect condition.
Check my history for...
*Camera and Lens are sold - gimbal is still available
My hobbies are ever shifting so this stuff up for grabs for anyone interested. Everything is in excellent condition and practically brand new - most original packaging is included. I just checked the last picture number and its in the mid...
I have a few questions in regards to a homelab I'm building. I bought the TS140 and I'm turning into a VM/Fileserver machine.
Right now I've got 1 4TB WD Red HD. Ideally, I'll be adding 3 more of these in the near future. My question is how best to organize this.
I had planned on...
Hello I am moving and have a few things for sale. I have past sells in my history dating back to 2007. Swift shipping after you have won the item.
BenQ W710ST Short Throw HD DLP Home Theater Projector
This is a great projector with very little use. The bulb has 90% of its life left. Comes...
Selling a sealed copy of windows vista ultimate. It is the 32bit/64bit verison. The first time you install it and choose a specific verison it's locked into that, FYI.
Looking for $160 shipped. These look like they're going for 165-185 on ebay.
I don't notice anything. Frankly I think you people are getting a little absurd in your expectations with LCDs. There will always be something wrong with it if you look hard enough. Just be happy you got an amazing widescreen monitor for a fraction of the price of other LCDs the same size.
Before two days ago the last time I had isntalled Linux was over 3 years ago :p
Just spend some time reading the wiki and hanging out in #ubuntu and #ubuntu-xgl on the Freenode IRC server and you shouldn't have any problems.
Your best bet is to follow the guide on the Ubuntu wiki: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CompositeManager/Xgl
As far as I know that's the most up-to-date walkthrough on installing xgl/compiz onto an Ubuntu install. If you're comfortable in Linux you can probably get it working in 15 or so...
Time to break the tables even more :p
Heres my desktop with random shit on it:
And heres the obligatory desktop of THE FUTURE shot:
Dual-display setup running with xgl on ubuntu. Been fiddling with it all night :o
Does anyone know where to get really wide screen wallpapers? I have an 21inch LCD next to a 19inch CRT and they match up pretty perfectly and it would be awsome to have a wallpaper that could span the entire space.
I DISTINCTLY remember an "extend screen to second monitor' option you could uncheck. Then each monitor could run at seperate resolutions. Where the hell has this option gone?
This is possible right? Am I just retarded? Last time I had dual display I remember having each monitor set at a custom resolution and it worked fine. Now I'm trying to have both working and the only options I can get in nView settings are clone, vertical, horizontal, and single display. The...
Has anyone else had this DVI problem and managed to fix it? Nothing I'm doing is working. I've tried the bootdisk, I've uninstalled drivers and rebooted tons of times. Tried switching to digital on the monitor manually. Nothing is working.
Is the difference between DVI and VGA even worth...

That article explains how to fix this problem, I'm currently experiencing it and its not just limited to DELL systems, but all LCDs running on nVidia drivers.
If I plug in both the VGA and DVI connections, load it up in VGA and manually switch to digital in the LCD options? Then just unplug the vga connector? Or will this blow something up =(
Yeah, I looked back some and it appears to be some standby bug with dvi and nvidia drivers. And since I have no blank disks or a floppy drive looks like I'm stuck with agp for a while.
I just bought this LCD and its going to be delivered tomorrow, but I do have some questions I hope someone can answer. I've heard cleartype is pretty much a must for text on LCDs. My old monitor is a 19in CRT and I was going to be using both at the same time. Is it possible to have one...
I realize its a little to early to have conclusive results, but I did experience a framerate increase playing cs: source. This was on build 5270 when the nVidia drivers actually worked. 5308 won't even load games for me :(
Bethesda would never tell retailers when their game was coming out - all those dates they list are speculation only.
Go run through some heavy traffic. Please.
