I am looking for a dictionary that can work with a small database or at least give definitions to a giant list of words. The list is a bit long to do manually one word by one word. anyone got ideas? preferablly freeware but if its cheap enough a good dictionary is worth the price.

is there any program that lets me input mathematical stuff? ie. square root, fractions etc. by the way I am not looking for the alt + watever keys for microsoft word, that is way to tedious and doesn't have everything...
