For running an SB-E chip, is it better to have it fluctuate between 0.8-1.27V depending on load or have a fixed voltage of 1.15V at all times? Seems like there's no way to use offset and get a lower load voltage than about 1.27V, CPU only needs about 1.15-1.17V under load.
