my radeon's hsf is failing; the fan is grinding and spinning at like half speed. occasionally i get random restarts, and i'm pretty sure its from the gpu overheating. its extremely hot to the touch. is there any replacement i can buy for this thing, and how do i get the old one off? it looks...

So I finished my shuttle system, specs in sig. opened case today to temporarily attach a laptop hd w/ ide to copy a large amount of files I had backed up and touched raptor to see how the temps were, and it is extremely hot. hot enough to where i cant comfortably keep my finger on it. think...

so after initial install, everything was pretty good... installed video card drivers, and on every boot after that the system...
radeon 8500 all in wonder.
downloaded entire package and installed, now aiw functions do not work and video is extremely laggy. it takes a couple of seconds just to open the start menu. tried to uninstall and go back to the 4.1s, but it didnt help.
suggestions? this is pissing me off.
