It is a good value for money thing, but it is unlikely you would be able to OC a 3200 much higher than you can OC a 2500. So there is not much point in getting a XP3200.
As far as the ATI tuner is concerned you will only tune one channel for your cable box- you will then get whatever the cable box is tuned into on the ATIcard. (ie you cannot tune the ATI card to change the cable box channels).

The memory overclock now clears the errors once its passed the peak and settles on a value which is the same as I find using using 3DMark03 at 357Mhz. the Core clocker is also damn near perfect- I t gave me a stable value at 393Mhz whereas the highest...
Just tried the Overclocker on my overclocked 9700pro- looks neat.
Did encounter some probs though. I have my memory at 351MHz- the oC tool raises from that- starts getting erros around 359Mhz which is about right, it then starts decreasing the OC but does not manage to clear the errors even...
