sounds like a user issue to me . Why wouldnt you update your imaging so that the latest updates are applied on their own - why would you keep loading up sp2 for office over and over again

they are in big chunky cases so i dont think you can break them. the cases have an extra battery in them too...and you have to give your license when you get the ipad which you get back when you hand it in...

you can now install pretty much all updates in one go - with one agreement and one reboot. XP and older had to split up updates and had multiple prompts
reboots are only needed if files are in use - which is a lot of the time but not ALL...
