Clicked through using NewZon and Amazon had them as an add-on for $3.99 with FS on $25+ orders. Already had a few things in my cart so I can finally replace the overused and abused and fugly mousie pad...reminds me of Kimmy K
She has a phat ass...plus she is a big ass but she does have skills...
The recent reviews are consistent....bad!
That's unfortunate because I'm looking for a new monitor and hoping for a really good 24" or 27" IPS or MVA panel with usb ports.
Same thing happened last year around this time...I'm mean all but an exact duplication.
OP should be verified...suspect participation/compensation or simply...a total DA...no offense
I had not recieved a tracking number as of late yesterday afternoon so I called their toll free CS line.
They assured me it had shipped and would arrive within a couple, maybe three days. Told me to call back if not received by Thursday or Friday
We scored a Slider for the wife yesterday...the 800 Mhz proc and the 2.3 version of Android will be nice for me to try out when I set her's up since I've got the other Optimus phone which I love
Got mine rooted but still need to get comfortable with installing a new ROM
saw 2 others which I may grab as well...
first being the Phenom 840 for $49.99 covered in another thread and then there's NIS 2012 3 user for $19.99...
our 3 user of ESET Smart Security expires in a couple months and I'm ready to go back to the dark side
So we tried to get a TF at Staples kiosk Saturday and the manager would not ok the coupon for the deal because according to him, the coupon's only valid for in-stock items. Next we went to BB and tried there but the manager there would not honor the coupon either and they had them in stock...
As a a long time type I diabetic, I do appreciate the idea but...accuracy of ALL bg measuring devices is very prone to accuracy fluctuations which is precisely why I don't have a CGM(ContinuousGlucoseMonitor) connected to my insulin pump.
As for D's being fat...that's mostly type 2's which make...
I'm with ya Solidastate89....need to grab asome before Seagate screws up the Samsung hardware/firmware.
Samsungs have been the singlemost reliable and quietest hdd's I've owned.
Any of 'em fail? One out of about 15...Seagates have been the worst with WD's Blue line drives right behind them
I'm...
If Amazon doesn't stop using Prestige Shipping, their rep is going to go and go quickly...especially the folks who pay for two day Prime.
People on their forums are pissed and dissed
Hitachi DeathStar + WD Blue = OMG my drive is dead
WD has some decent lones but their blue drives suck the big one
Had two die in the last six months...have one still functional
Never had a Samsung drive die except one which arrived DOA. Replacement from the Egg is still perfect. Probably had 8...
You get it Techx!
Simply read all the posts and see all the life shortening steps involved in filing the rebates, following up on 'em, even those damned rebate cards are a PITA because more followup is usually required with them...it's all BS and I'm tired of the stench.
Is it just me?
I used to go to extreme lengths for hot deals and if it meant filling out a rebate form or two, I'd willingly do so. That's stopped.
I get PO'ed when I see deal threads with AR's included or even worse when they are too f'in' lazy to include that in their so called hot deal even...
Well I built a kickass new sys for the wife and her business...now I need to get mine upgraded so I won't have sys envy of her
Happy T Day Kyle, Steve and everybody @ HardOCP!
Kapersky is the one that blows
We use ESET SS and love it...pretty intuitive, not a resource sucker and perfect at protection. The anti-spam is very effective as well...wife loves that aspect especially but what she loves the most is the lack of annoying nags.
$50 is a great price for the 3 PC...
If all my research is of any use...the Intel's appear to be a bit more reliable with fewer DOA's and sudden drive deaths but they also have lower write speeds.
A review/eval from April said the Sandforce 1200/1222 SSD's at least then used Intel flash chips
See this.
It's near the bottom of page one
Why the hell do you think we're living so damned long?
Technology!
I'm on an insulin pump and use glucometers to help keep my diabetes in check...all direct reasons I'm still kickin way longer than I was supposed to when I first got it.
Benefits from the NASA space program's tech
I understand. It's always a gamble when you're trying to get the biggest bang for yer buck.
I hate waiting when I have a pile of boxes and there are only one or two ingredients missing.
The sys I'm building for my wife...I threw an OCZ drive onto the parts which had arrived and installed W7...
As already pointed out, that's the most likely reason prices are nudging downwards...clear the channels of old product to stimulate demand for the new ones.
Be careful with Superbiiz and their ram.
I ordered some old fashioned sdram for a friend's old box and it did not work in the system at all. When I attempted to get an RMA, they refused stating that once it's been seated, it's not returnable.
That may be the new norm but it's the first I've run...
As far as we're concerned, Blockbuster killed themselves with their dishonest, ball bustting late fees. We got totally pissed off at their late notices for items we returned on time. It happened once too often.
We signed up for Netflix soon afterward and have been loyal subscribers ever since...
I feel your pain bigddybn...
I f'n hate all those with Frys near them
dgineri...where did you find $229?
The link to my local MC says $249.99 but they are OOS....deliveries are Tuesdays so stock may happen tomorrow.
If that lower price happens I'll be there.
Got one of these about a month ago and love it.
It replaced a BTC wireless keyboard/mouse w/joystick which was just too big for the living room...it wasn't backlit either.
I will be looking for that B&N book light though
Batteries for the Lenovo...can we say Eneloop?
