Here is the current setup on my case. As you can see, there are tons of intake fans (5 total) not counting PSU. There are only a few exhaust fans (3 total) not counting PSU. Is the setup ok like this? Or should I rearrange some fans?

I have a Q6700 w/ 10X max multiplier. I am running on 425mhz x 8 right now. Can I use speedstep and have it run from 6 to 8 X only? My BIOS only has EIST on or off and I don't want the 10x max multiplier, just from 6x to 8x.
