I think the first step to getting responses is not link a product in French :)
EDIT: Also, its Acer, not Asus. Take a look at this review from Amazon:

I knew very little about Google Apps for business when I made this post earlier this morning. From what I've seen, it looks like the best option for our small business. After reading all the comments and doing some research about hosting in-house vs remote hosting with filter relays, it looks...
I would be very grateful for that guide! I'm doing research now on the options that YeOldeStonecat presented. I definitely want to understand all options before I make a proposal to my boss.
I see your point and it is extremely valid. Our lawyers/paralegals access the servers 24/7... things come up in this industry =D
I have a question about the difference between strictly email address hosting and web hosting on a hosting site like networksolutions.com.
They charge a certain...
I work as a paralegal in a small law firm (4 people) and I also moonlight as the IT person in the office. I'm not a network professional by any stretch of the imagination but before I began working as a paralegal, network administration was the path I was walking.
I learned enough to...
Finally found the option to fix this. Let me be very clear, IT IS AN ATI DRIVER PROBLEM. There is no problem with the TV, there is no problem with the settings, it is entirely an ATI graphics issue. Buried deep within the catalyst control center (Desktop and Display) right click "configure"...
Thank you very much Dave, I didn't even begin toying with Catalyst last night so I'm sure between the avs forums and the control center I'll be able to sort things out.
Thank you again and I'll post back with exactly what I did to make it work.
Hmmmm well according to that thread he did indeed figure out a way to get it crisp and clear so when I get home today I'll be tinkering until I figure it out!
Thank you very much for finding that thread for me and the fast reply =D
I recently purchased a new LCD TV (TOSHIBA 32" 16:9 8ms 1080p LCD HDTV 32RV525R).
I absolutely love the picture quality with my xbox360 and blueray player but sometimes I like to switch my computer over to it and watch movies/shows that I've downloaded. I have a Radeon 4850 video card and I...
The only real firewall we have is through our verizon modem. I wouldn't say that I maintain it but I know how to edit its entries and I make sure all the computers are protected under it. And yes, I would be open to changing it.
I work in a very small law firm with only a handful of employees and though I'm not a network professional, I know enough to keep our little workgroup working. Recently the attorneys have been asking if they can get something besides pcAnywhere up and running so they can access their files from...
A friend of mine owns a small law firm with 3 employees and asked me if there was a way he could share calendar information between the three of them within the office. Currently they just write their calendars by hand but he would like to update his ways a little bit and go digital :) He...
I just purchased a new Hyper 48 HSF and would like the 92mm to go a bit faster. Right now it's staying at around 930 RPMs but from the review I know it can do at least 1400RPMs. The fan has a 4 pin connector but my mobo only supports 3 pins. The instructions that came with the HSF said that...
I've read enough to understand how snort works; I was just curious about my first question there. I found a few tutorials and all of them specify seperate computers for databases/sensors. We have one really powerful server machine sitting around and I can put up to 4 NICs in it. The reason I...
This is probably a stupid question but I am a complete novice with snort and IDS systems but I was curious if you could just have one box do the database/sensor work for snort? I am in a very small network, 50 computers probably and my boss wanted a snort server for whatever reason. I know my...
Been looking around but I know very little about monitors so I was hoping for some help. I'm looking for a 19" CRT flat-panel perferably around 200$ or so. I currently have a 17" LCD but I have plenty of space to fill on my desk and don't feel like paying for a widescreen/larger LCD. Any help...
Ok thanks spec, I have a pretty good idea now. I'm gonna stick with my windows xp pro x32 for now. I am looking forward to vanguard but haven't heard anything about x64 support... if they do have 64 bit support I will definitely be trying out an x64 xp OS.
How do athlon 64s work with 32 bit operating systems? I know it doesn't take full advantage but will using a 32bit windows xp negate the processor all together?
I just bought an athlon64 3200 and found a beta of windows xp x64 edition but is it worth it at the moment? The only thing I really do atm is play world of warcraft (haha I know), and I don't think it has support for 64 bit processors. Are there some advantages I don't know about that make it...
Hehe for dual monitors you will have to have a video card that has two VGA inputs, or a VGA and DVI or two DVI. From the sound of it you are rather new to this sorta thing so I wouldn't go trying to buy a PCI card and make a dual monitor system outta it hehe. If you did have a video card that...
Ok I fixed the problem. It turns out that even though I had set vsync to on in my advanced options it wasn't workin in game. Turns out I had to force it on in the games I play. No biggy, I hope it continues working :)
Here are some pictures to illustrate my problem. In the first picture you can see for about 10 seconds everything is just fine and it displays properly... but then in the last 3 pictures you can see examples of the screen tearing I was refering to. Oh and I might mention that when on the...
Hello. I just got a Dell Inspiron 8600 w/ a Radeon Mobility 9600 Pro Turbo. I'm having this problem where whenever I try to play a game the screen starts tearing. It's small for a few seconds just around certain graphics but after 10 seconds the entire screen is tearing. Is that a driver...
...A plug for my Linksys WAP its model WAP11 and if you couldn't tell from its model versoin 1.1
I lost mine not to long ago and have since gotten a laptop and definatly want to get this thing up and running but I can't find the plug. If anybody knows a site where I could order one I would...
Hello,
A friend of mine recently gave me his netgear mr814 so I could get wireless throughout my house. The router works fine and all but now on any computer connected to the router itself, I can't log in to lots of places and sometimes it just randomly freezes websites on me. I understand...
Maybe this is a dumb question, if so then excuse me :) I was curious as to if you needed thermal paste (artic silver) when installing the new lga775 socket CPUs? I am not all to framiliar with pentiums, infact this machine I am putting together for a friend will be the first pent system I have...
With that combo your proc/hsf is prolly doing just fine. Yes I have also heard that the K8N has a problem with it's temp monitor. I'll look around but I believe there is a 3rd party bio's upgrade to fix that problem. Try MBM just incase.
I'm having basically the same problem but a tad different. When I have certain colors on my screen random pixels will start flickering red, green, or blue. Just started happening but they dont stay constant cause once I move colors around like moving a web page or something the flickering...
I have a megavision monitor and was having some trouble with it so I tried to find the megavision site and I swear to god I can't find it... am I completely retarded and can't find a site or is megavision gone?
This is kind of a weird problem. Wehenver I have certain colors on my screen certain colors will start flickering on the screen, somtimes its random and sometimes they are lines of pixels thats just start flickering lots of different colors. I know it is my LCD because I use dual-display setup...
Personally I always format after installing new hardware (cept memory and sound cards n junk). Go here and once everything is uninstalled, reinstall your vid dirvers. Try cat first then omegas. See if that helps you.
Where I work, the programmers all use sun unix cause that is obviously geared twards programming. The marketing and business guys all use windows cause they need officer and junk like that, that is only availible on windows (I Know you can use office on unix but its much easier on windows =D).
