I really underestimated how much easier it is to enjoy some games while laying on the couch or in bed. Also it's really easy and fun to pass it to somebody you're sitting next to - "here, you try this level"
I don't think those exist anymore because I would love I would love a good little tv. They're all ad-filled, slow, bloated bad tvs. It reminds me of antivirus software 20 years ago. I hope the market demands a simplified user experience again.
I have never used it but I always like to see it. It's like the PS/2 port or an aux jack on a phone. It's worth having just for that one day I may need it without having to delay and buy a separate adapter.

One tiny benefit of a flash drive as an extra temporary backup is I've recovered deleted files with it multiple times with DMDE. With an SSD, you cannot recover anything that's deleted. Something to think about if you're frequently changing and deleting data in your backups.
