So when the screen blanks after X minutes. Setting under power options.
I can't get sound back. I have the receiver connected thru the video card using HDMI audio. It shows up as a second screen.
The primary screen is display port. The only way to fix it, is to remove the HMDI audio screen...
A hero appeared on amazon, but they won't have them in until aug 15th. Amazon is so slow. If i didn't have so much gift card money tied up there I would of used newegg. Newegg seems to be much faster at getting new items
I have two m2 drives. The first one gets full bandwidth around 3GB/sec. But the second one is bandwidth limited by 50% or so. Thats on my x79 chipset. Using M.2 pcie adapter from asus.
Hoping the x570 chipset fixes the bandwidth limitation
using two adapters since x79 can't run more than one...
Been told that pcie 3.0 devices don't get the extra bandwidth that pcie 4.0 devices do. So if you're usng a pcie 3.0 device using 4 lanes on 4.0. It would give the bandwidth of 3.0 instead of 4.0
Surprised no one is talking about the amd x570 chipset which will be running very hot. it has a fan. So if you buy a low end board that has no fan. Its going to throttle. My guess is they didn't die shrink the chipset
This one is a pretty big price difference
These are all new not used
That's a pretty big price difference of around 60 bucks
Now i'm going to have price check everything between newegg and amazon. Thought amazon was cheaper over all
$355 amazon...

Usually I found lower prices on amazon. But I started looking at prices on newegg for this same memory, and its sellin for cheaper. Any idea why?
Hopefully we'll know in 3 to 4 weeks. But don't think it'll really matter. Its either go for intels 14++++++++++++++++++ this summer. Or get something that's actually new from AMD
This is like buying movies thru comcast. You don't own them. Buy games thru the streaming service is the same thing. Then years later you won't be able to play these games. If the stream service decides they don't have the server power to run old games
Don't trust other people with your files. That's what cloud is. May be more convenient but you're at more risk
I never like the idea of cloud storage, cause of stuff like this. Or a million other things that could go wrong
