It's the same guy's company pulled back from its ashes. Before you talk about how much "modern" his company or his products are, I'd like to let you know that SUV has been in the making for years. Also, see this:

The Fisker company wasn't founded in 2016... the car dates way back. Even before the original Karma. Henrik Fisker worked on custom bodykit Mercedes SL65, etc, and sold those as Fisker cars. That info is clearly not right. Also, the guy draws cars and bodykits. He clearly doesn't understand...
Why do we always need horrible car analogies on every single PC discussion? Is it so hard to understand that this PSU is basically shit?
If you want a more proper car analogy regarding this, here may be one. You get a brand name, nice looking car (like this PSU), but it burns oil to no end till...
There's no company left named Fisker anymore. The rights are to my knowledge bought out by that big Chinese firm, and the continuation of the original Karma is named Revero. Karma Revero, that's what the name of the unreleased, new Karma sedan is.
These ultrawide LG panels are have always been prone to defects, that includes the 34's as well which couldn't do their rated 120 or more Hz. I had one all over with bad pixels. My current UW also has couple. So it's not just this monitor, but as long as you don't get a dud, you're getting an...
How dare you mess up all the vitamins / minerals and taste of that nice meat with rice using doomer drinks next to it? IDK, maybe it goes well like how rakı goes good with fish... but I suggest you take that alone. At least that way, you'd benefit more from that meal.
Actually that platform was a fairly good one used in some other name and not as brand name stuff, didn't have the transient tidbits of the Focus platform either. I fell like I should have gotten one instead of the Strix.
Seems like Realtek needs to work on their site - downloads are slow, Linux drivers are on top, and you go through posting your e-mail along with a stupid, almost unreadable captcha just do download the ethernet drivers.
Yeah, I flashed mine as well. Going strong.
Newegg has had their fair share of such stuff too... with the empty CPU boxes, snake oil EMI reduction PCI cards and for this place, the shaft they gave to Hardocp. They stopped supporting the links back some 10 years ago, and gave the bad motor finger to this site. Screw them.
Space Hulk: Deathwing was kind of a disaster tbh. I gave it numerous goes eventually to give up due to the lack of weapon selections, how polished the game is, repetitive cycle... they recently released that bounty hunter Warhammer FPS and patched it, so I suppose there'll still be a decent wait...
I don't think you're getting it... you're not forced to use Newegg, you're not forced to buy the bundle and even if you buy the bundle getting some form of saving, you're not forced to use that PSU for it... lol.
Miners might move to ASICs more in the future, at least that's what some people are presuming. Hopefully things go that way and that would help the GPU market a bit.
Not even remotely close. A dual PCB design that is hard to deal with when you go inside, cooled by 80mm fan. What would actually be closer to perfection would be something of the size of the old AX860i, with its specs, and without a few of its tidbits.
To my knowledge, Apple in the recent couple decades has majorly used OTHER manufacturer's panels or tubes. If you go all the way back to the days of CRTs, they used LaCie CRT monitors. Today, they still sell LG Ultrafine displays. Also, the display being somehow in the Apple ecosystem does NOT...
Mining with a single card is not always profitable, if you have a high TDP, mid level Mh/s card... you've been kind of out of luck to start from zero just to mine. Electric bills and other stuff alone might not even make it worth the while. That might however be a different story with this card...
Why? Monitor saying Apple on itself means nothing. They don't even make their own panels. I'd just grab something like this (even though you don't game) and call it a day.

There...
Yeah, I was referring to the other one. I think the card can still run it, but IDK how well the performance would be. It's capable of some RT after all. Besides, that's a specific Nvidia based case. The regular game would run totally fine on the card.
Which straight out leads to the fact of both GPUs not being worth it, but the 6700 XT somewhat.
Did you even play the game? It ran like crap when you turned RTX on, and no I don't think anybody forced you to RT in it.
I was referring to the old prices, obviously. The only one trolling here is you. Nobody cares how much a 2080 costs today unless it's dirt cheap, those are old scalped to moon prices. I know I paid less for my 2080 than this card. It just ain't worth it compared to the new in box 6700 XT's going...
So I played this for a while and almost all players in like the first matches are bots. If you happen to win, that's why. They also fill the games there aren't enough players in with bots. There's also some P2W bits in the swords and stuff... voice acting and the purple map zone closing are...
I'm kinda sure there might be an another company available with hot swappable switches. I know the older R.A.T mice could let you swap stuff like their proprietary fit sensors FWIW.
I'm fine with shelling 380 for a card, I've shelled 500 for a top design GTX 680 back in the release days. That's not the thing though, if this card costed 400, the 6700 XT would have costed 500 (the written MSRP of custom GPUs pretty much do actually), and in that case you know what you'd buy. :)
What mouse is it? There are some cheaper mice out there that are fake 8k Hz, the EVGA is real and actually on the accurate end. 8k polling is a wash anyway... it literally has no benefits over lower polling rates on a realistic end tbh.
Properly doesn't equal to ultra. At most it would refer to high. You could even run some intensive titles like MSFS properly looking at all medium or a combination of mid - high. Though I'd side towards high rather than medium, in which case the card WILL run at at least 60 FPS in all those...
4.0 x8 is more bandwidth than x8 3.0 and is completely sufficient for this card. "Maximum settings" is also an utterly pointless fandango you can't do even on stronger cards. You can perfectly run ALL high or even all ultra settings at QHD using a heavily overclocked, good design 6600 XT...
The sole reason there's not a rush for this card is, it costs more than a 2080 while performing a bit worse. It's not "some games". Show me a single game this card can't do at QHD properly.
The "pure 1080p" is nothing more than pure marketing. My 2080 is perfectly carrying me in Warzone well around 100 FPS at 3440x1440. QHD is less much of a resolution and once you get a %10 OC on this card, you'll shoot straight to the 144 Hz territory. You can even play MSFS perfectly fine at QHD...
The X99 board you have has a fair amount of capacitors, etc, to filter the ripple. That's one of the key things that matter when it comes to how further you can take your OC. Though, most good PSUs are VERY well below the ATX standard of the specified 120mV of ripple nowadays, along with good...
In times where even Quadros are at scalper prices, I'd expect this to not to be purchase-able at any logical prices. It would have been much better if they released stuff like this back when AMD was still doing those blue Polaris Duo GPUs. Market today just doesn't see a use for this due to...
You might have a little bit of hard time trying to sell the 28, but something like this might work: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/CnzFf7/lg-34gp83a-b-340-3440x1440-144-hz-monitor-34gp83a-b
I realize it's over your budget, but those are some baller monitors.
I don't think you're really losing a lot on x8 tbf, even at 3.0. I've worked my 2080 at x8 for a good time when I had 2 SSDs and PCI-E ethernet, didn't really drop much in performance.
Yeah, pretty sure there's a sensible explanation to putting your hand cut off by the massive claw of a sexualized 10 feet woman right back in its place using sanitizer... do you also happen to have explanations to why we're somewhere in the woods down Romania as if it's a Witcher game instead of...
I think this sentiment should be re-worded. JonnyGuru aka Jon Gerow to my knowledge is still alive IRL, just the site was shut down. As for the SF units, those later EVGA PSUs were reviewed by Oklahoma Wolf and not JGuru IIRC, who was Jon's sidekick.
