The fan sounds like it is going and there is air movement when switched on. So I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. Maybe an upgrade to a more efficient PSU may do.

The noise from the psu is a grinding fan noise and when close a buzzing noise. The unit is mounted upside down as have a underside vent with filter on Corsair case.
