That sucks. I really want the adjustable lumbar support. Not sure what to get. The Omega looks too small and constricting. I think I weigh too much for it. Might have to go Icon, but I like the Softweave.

The biggest difference is the Hero has a built in lumbar adjustment and a wider shoulder back. The seat is slightly wider as well.

Yeah, but don't they make you pay for return shipping and a restocking fee? That can be pretty hefty on a heavy package.

I really wish these companies offered a better return policy. You can't expect people to lose so much money on a chair they never got a chance to sit in first. I've narrowed it down to the Noblechairs Icon, Hero or Secretlabs Titan. I'm 5'10 220lbs. All input is welcome. Thanks!
