Only way I know of. I don't like the software. Just installed it, updated vbios, checked to make sure it was enabled, uninstall.

My EVGA 3080 stays around 96-98c mining at 97mh/s. I've thought about doing the thermal pad mod but I've never taken apart a video card before and don't want this card to be the lab rat.

I went from a 2500k to 6700k and saw a huge difference on my 1080 ti at the time. Now I went from 6700k (4.6ghz) to 5600x with a 3080. Other than windows feeling a little snappier I don't see any fps gains in 1440p or in 4k (maybe 5%?) Maybe when more multi-threaded games come out next year...

I'd be all over this if I didn't just upgrade myself. GLWS.

Thanks! While I was looking for those options I found the "hidden hardware" option in Device Manager. Not sure why it was hidden but it was and I was able to uninstall, disconnect, then reinstall driver and it works perfectly now.

Ordered EVGA 3080 Black via Amazon LLC on 9/28, gave 10/15 delivery date. 10/15 came and went, updated to 10/25 delivery date. 10/25 came and went, now shows 11/17 delivery date. Does anyone know if these new dates that Amazon gives are just automatic or are based on actual info from EVGA?
