make sure you use a decent conduit, and i'd use plenum just so if something gets cut the cable wont be damaged... Also, i'd run multiple lines just to cover your ass

since i have moved feb of 17, I cut the cord, where I live its BFE in Maryland but it was a must.. DTV is a complete rip off !!
