BTW I had the same issue in reverse a year or so ago. I couldn't access my FreeNAS server from my Windows systems after they got an update. The update had turned off SMB1.0/CIFS in favor of SMB2.0. Reenabling it on my Windows boxes got it working again.
Here's how to put it back on your...
I have to agree with you on this one Kyle. I've had my A50 for over a year myself and I've had the power on issue happen twice (most recently last weekend). One other oddball issue I've had is that sometimes you can't hear anything even though the base and the headphones are on. In cases like...
"A lot has been said recently about our GeForce Partner Program. The rumors, conjecture and mistruths go far beyond its intent. Rather than battling misinformation, we have decided to cancel the program."
Once you learn to speak "Corporate" you realize that this doesn't mean what it seems...
Just wanna point out the not-so-obvious joke. Around these parts (Southern New England/MA/RI), "Cranston" is slang for "taking a crap, dropping a deuce, etc.". One of the senators trying to push this through is from Cranston. Cranston is a you-know-what-hole too. Coincidence? :D
Nothing...
I can't figure out if DD corporate picked that location because it gets a lot of traffic, because it gets next to no traffic, or because it's the only one in Quincy that has a drive-thru. :/ I worked in Quincy for 15 years and IMO if they wanted to do a proper test they should have renovated...
Anyone wanna take a guess that they did a shit job removing the device afterwards too? If it were me in that situation I'd have removed the effing thing myself and left it on their doorstep as a "present".
On the bright side, once you have the hardware audio mixer portion, you should be able to use the Discord app on your phone and use that to talk to your friends. :)
Same thing applies to ZOTAC too in case anyone's wondering. Newegg's site says it's 2 years. You have to dig a little but on ZOTAC's site it clearly says:
Graphics Cards
Standard Warranty: 2 years
Extended Warranty: +1 year
Total...
I got the same thing when I bought mine from Newegg. AutoAdd is the nvidia game code that's automatically added to the order. Accounting wise you're still paying for the "free" game, what they're doing is deducting the cost of the game from the card and then "charge" you for the "free" gift...
If I had the option I would have paid for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately the best I could get was either 2 or 3 day. I ordered mine through Newegg and I probably didn't get that option because of the time I put the order in. :/
I know the feeling. :D I didn't think I was going to get one today but I managed to grab a Gigabyte card on Newegg after seeing on here that they were available again. I didn't think I was going to get even that though; I put an EVGA card in my cart and got sniped before I could check out...
USPS "insurance" is a joke. http://kutv.com/news/get-gephardt/usps-bizarre-reason-for-denying-insurance-claim
The take-away is that if it's that expensive and important, DO NOT ship it USPS. Ship it UPS or FedEx instead. Yeah I've heard horror stories with these other carriers but I've heard...
Is that setup ESD safe? :D j/k
Quick idea I had. Instead of using a hammer and a block of wood, use a tourniquet. Place a 2" strip of cloth along the moving axis of the delid tool and use something (a pencil, screwdriver, a butterknife, whatever) to twist the fabric so it squeezes the lid...
Avoiding Logitech mice isn't going to do jack, the problem is with your system. Avoiding Logitech mice would be like avoiding a specific gas station because your engine had a bad fuel pump.
...and here's the solution. The clue is in the screenshots you posted. The error you're getting is "This operation requires an interactive window station".
The only fix I've been able to find so far involves resetting the installation of Windows...
Remove the devices inside Device Manager (right-click/uninstall), if it asks to uninstall drivers, uninstall the drivers. Reboot, and then let it redetect the devices again.
Most likely you've got something else wrong with your system that's causing this. Logitech doesn't supply drivers for...
You guys have obviously never driven much in RI. :D You have two types of drivers in RI; those that haven't figured out what the gas or brake pedal is for and those like this douchecanoe that think they're the the next Dale Earnhardt. :D I know I'll get at least one person from RI here...
When you explain it this way, I think the card may actually fit. If it's just a question of relocating or modding the AC plug I could even do that on my own. Sweet!!
An alternative to the standard C14 receptacle could be to use a "Mickey Mouse Ears" (C5) cord and receptacle to save space...
Overall I really like it! My main concern with it, which happens to be the same one behind the reason why I didn't buy an NCASE, is the max video card size supported. Ironically this go around it's not the max length of the card that's the issue, it's the max height (I'm using an Asus Strix...
Whew! For the past 1.5 days I've been thinking this problem was on my end. Glad to see I'm not the only one who's been having problems. Using OpenDNS isn't working for me though. :/
Oh yeah, in regards to it being wireless (the G602), it's been great! To me I can't tell the difference between this wireless mouse and a wired mouse in terms of tracking and button response, the G602 feeling like it's a wired mouse to me.
I like my G602 a lot but it could be better. When I first bought it I removed the teflon feet it came with and replaced it with some mouse skates (I forgot the exact brand). I also put some Sugru on it to make a pinkie finger and thumb rest on it; the pinkie rest so my finger would stop...
I've been partial to Logitech mice and trackballs for a while. I used a R.A.T. 7 mouse for a very long time and although I liked it a lot, the build quality left a lot to be desired (it fell apart within a year).
I used to use a Logitech Trackman Marble (old 3 button PS/2 version) to game with...
I can't complain about Newegg since they've always been good to me. Lately I've been buying most of my computer parts from Microcenter in Cambridge, MA. though. I did buy a cable from Newegg earlier this month just because I didn't feel like driving into Boston to get it and I didn't need it...
Full disclosure: I've never owned an iPhone for personal use in my entire life. I have to carry an iPhone 6 for work, but I've owned nothing but iPods, various Android, PalmOS, and even a Windows CE phone. I literally hate the iPhone compared to Android, mainly because of how shitty it is to...
