Just had the same spider crawl over me three times...maybe I should have looked at it closer. Also why black, couldn't they do it in friendly colors? Or are the black helicopters soon going to be dropping hundreds of these on a crack house (or any other bad guy) near by?
Think I'll just TM (stronger than a copyright) everything a human can do...surely I'll make millions...especially as games try more and more to mimic everything people do. And oh yeah, don't forget to send me the $1 fee next time you use the bathroom.
Maybe the patent troll companies can get...
It may meet your "quality" standards Apple but it sure doesn't meet mine. Pretty pathetic...of course when they introduce bendable screens, they can re-use the frames of all these iPads they don't sell...
Exact same here. I'm getting DL speeds <0.4mbs while it shows me with 4 bars LTE. A network monitor ap however shows a connection strength of 1. At least Verizon gives me 3dn 1 up while on two bars.
Alexa do you listen to everything I say? Then you'll be the first AI to commit suicide out of boredom.
I just got a spy phone, complete with Alexa, not to mention all the google and moto stuff...since I don't want to use most of it I just denied access to most of it for things like microphone...
Comic exaggeration...but they won't be getting any references from Amazon makes for an awkward space on their resumes...who knows what, if any, other consequences they will face.
Well it will be available Jan 23. There is a trailer though I haven't watched it yet.
The blurb:
At the Gates is a PC strategy game from Jon Shafer, BAFTA award winner and lead designer of Civilization 5.
You are a Dark Age lord. Your destiny is to build a kingdom in the shadow of the...
But I thought block-chain was going to solve all problems and make things like this impossible as well as giving everyone two cars and a chicken in every pot.
Never OCed my Celerons or P2/3 so can't help you. But nice nostalgia here. That is a monster...good luck. Maybe you should offer an actual specified reward get people motivated to check their basements, sheds, attics, land fills etc. ;).
For the first time in a long time I decided to check this site and found they are going to make a big announcement tomorrow (Dec 11). Anyone else following this new 4x game possibility? A bit later than originally promised (but what isn't?).
A little late here, but I'll mention I used to bounce the blaster signal off my wood ceiling (12') fills the whole room with the signal, those blasters are called such for a reason much more light . Unless it's painted black or with something that absorbs IR that's an easy option: of course...
How about making the contestants run for 50 yards then immediately play game for 10 minutes then run then play say until 1 hour game time, then tally their scores with weighting (say 80% on the gaming)...at least that way there would be some, 'ya know, sports involved. And, yes, I like the...
Not a FB user so I don't know. But I wonder if FB offered an ad free version for a price (like say $3-5/mo) would anyone switch?
My local animal shelter has their own web site. I've also found other places to find adoptable pets on the web (though I admit some could use improved software)...
Sorry a lot houses around here sell around $100k for 2br 1 bath (a lot less if they are fixer uppers), I've got one I'll be selling in awhile...sure wish I could get 1/2 a mil for it. You do know there are places in CA not near a city right? Be that as it may, I still support doing the solar...
It also refers to a person who computes. I was reading a book written in the mid-Victorian period one of the stories in it was about a human computer who could do pretty amazing math problems in his head. And if I remember right Blaise Pascal invented an adding machine that would qualify as a...
Maybe the should look into how to use games to brain wash minorities...better than putting them in camps and starving them and making them sing patriotic songs (probably cheaper too).
I had an orginal iPad and Surface Pro...the iPad is long gone, the SP still works and if I needed a new one...well hell I've given up on tablets, I'm finally getting a smart phone for portability on the road for everything else I prefer to see it on my 55" screen run by a real computer with lots...
Yeah, but here there is sound and video to play, that makes a big difference to the media.
As far as this couple: I'd hope (if they want to stay together) they are forced into long term family therapy with the threat of removing the children if they don't attend and behave themselves.
I would have no problem with this--if the electric grid around here would support it. I could probably do a 220V single phase set up to charge, but I wouldn't be able to use the well pump and dryer at the same time. My service is pretty well maxed out (it's only a 150 amp service, could...
Well over the last 30 years I've seen 6 stations have to replace leaky tanks, one was leaking right into Lake Tahoe. The vapor recovery was bad at first, more spills than it probably saved in emissions, but most people have learned how to use them over the years and they click off correctly now...
Pretty easy on the snow part, my roof is very steep the snow just slides off. Personally I'd never build something that didn't have good southern exposure so to me that wouldn't be a problem. Of course people have been building passive solar houses in the Sierra for 40+ years...though you do...
While this could lead eventually to better game AI's it can be very frustrating to play against something that always wins. So they need to have ways of introducing mistakes to the AI so it can play at lower levels. I'd much prefer this to the big advantages the AI gets in games like...
I don't do multi-player games, plus scifi, so to me it's interesting. Also some games do both, but that often means the single player has be stinted so it doesn't seem worth it (well until they get really cheap).
I'm not surprised...when I looked into blockchain it seemed to me it was just based on distributed computing concepts I learned in school back in the early 80's. I see claims like it can used to track e.g. every head of lettuce from seed to store so it would be easy to find the origin of a food...
9 stage pipelines? NOP NOP NOP NOP NOP NOP NOP....that executes fast ;).
While open standards can backfire for a company, in my totally unscientific gut feeling it seems the benefits usually outweigh the disadvantages.
