Pretty sure the Desktop processor part is wayyyyy wrong, Intel doesn't design their CPUs to a standard foundry flow so it would take a very long time to relayout and resdesgin the processors for TSMC. Chipsets however is very plausible
I haven't went back to update the original post in a long time, those availability dates were guesses by my based on the ramp in H2'18, not a pushed back one in "sometime 2019" lol. Only time I come back here is to post about updates/leaks on Intel 10nm "products". Go create drama somewhere else.
Intel Core i7-8505Y CPU @ 1.50GHz with UHD 615 Graphics appears GFXBench.
I believe this is Amber Lake ( Y ) that Intel announced at Computex earlier this year
Here's what appears to be an Icelake(U?) chip on AOTS. - 4/8 with Gen11 Graphics. CPU @ 2.1GHZ

Looks like Chrisdar was right, at least on the BGA Socket Sizes as confirmed by Intel's own website:
(he called it way back in Aug'17)

Intel's Website also confirmed many others:
Intel is to release Whiskey Lake U and Amber Lake Y soon, and will have >140 design wins in the fall. Double digit performace over their Kaby lake counter parts. Cascade Lake X to be out by EOY - it is not cancelled or delayed like some may have suggested
28 CORES AT 5GHZ!!!!
Intel loves leaking its own stuff nowadays, eh?
Intel Technical Documents show two Coffee Lake S 8 Core SKUs, 95/80w.
Side note:
Intel Coffee Lake 8 core @3.1GHz Base clock, KBL Platform, spotted on Sisoft
Genuine Intel(R) CPU 0000 @ 3.10GHz (8C 16T 3.1GHz, 8x 256kB L2, 16MB L3)
Since it isn't detecting a name like i7 8790K or some gobbly gook code name but it is detecting Intel CPU 0000 which to me, suggests its an early ES, expect clocks to rise.
Say hello what appears to be the 8 core coffee lake being tested on the Kaby Lake Platform (Z370?)
Genuine Intel(R) CPU 0000 @ 2.60GHz (8C 16T 2.59GHz, 8x 256kB L2, 16MB L3)
