Sweet case. Did you have to drill the opening into the case/frame bigger to fit the new power button?

I failed to mention the driver I was using was the downloaded one from asus.com. My system does not have an optical drive so I ended up getting one and for whatever reason the DVD worked. Up and running now thanks for your reply.

Just got my system built and windows 10 installed. Weird thing is, intel LAN drivers will not install....claims it doesn't detect the adapter. Anyone else have this issue? Mobo - Asus Strix z270i

What a shame, looks to be 5mm x 10mm too small for the switch I wanted to use...need 19mm x 19mm. Maybe I'll install it at a later time when the case loses its luster... Thank you!

Thanks for the pics...if those are all screws holding the current switch into place I could try and put it back if it doesn't work. looking at doing the following switch...if you have the cycles would you be able to take the measurements? It looks like it will fit through the front button...

Can you take a picture up close on the power button with the front panel removed? See if it can easily be replaced with a lit one...

Just spoke to B and H and it appears the Asus Strix Z270I mobo is scheduled to arrive at their warehouse by 02/07/17. So possible late next week or early next week for anyone that ordered it.

I thought about doing this (already have one of them) but when you take the metal plate off and reveal the frame (depicted in Dan's case instruction booklet) there appears to be a small switch behind the push button. It seems one would have to drill a hole into the actual frame. Not sure I...
