You should only use "Limited" if your source is video, i.e. DVD/Blu-ray or cable. If your monitor is connected to a PC, then always use "Full" as PC video signals can output full 0-255 grayscale while video sources for TV's cannot. EDIT: As per Archaea's reply, I should have clarified more...

You're very welcome! Oh BTW, I noticed I had the Brightness on the two modes swapped by accident so I've corrected it now in my original post. Brightness is dependent on your environment lighting anyway so adjust to taste as you see fit.
