How long ago did you get it? I ordered it on 11-09-16 and it was shipped by Action Packaged Inc. They are sending a call tag to pick it up and say they can not supply the ordered model.

Don't order the Noctua NH-C14 cooler from Newegg, I ordered one and got it last week. I received a NH-C14S which is the newer model which is the 12mm taller cooler. It won't fit the case with both fans mounted.

It is a prototype sample, maybe the final product will have the NCase logo . We will have to see what Wahaha360 and Necere decide.

The Ncase M1 is still being made. Check the website. I have one on order now should be in next week. The 90 degree riser may work, There is one used in my Silverstone Fortress FTZ01 no problems. Hopefully someone who owns the Streacom F12C will see this and confirm if it will work.
