What are the smallest gaming mATX cases that are currently available for purchase? The only one I know of is the RAIJINTEK STYX, which comes in at under 25L. Are there any smaller ones?- danger

What is the best ~1 liter case available? What is the best heatsink to use in these cases? I'm only including cases that can handle CPUs of 35w and up (no NUCs or the like). $300 for case and PSU
When considering a limit of $300 for case and PSU (with support for a graphics card), it seems the smallest option is the Node 202 at 10.2L at a cost of only ~$150, is that correct? Once we try to go smaller than the Node 202 with options like the Dancases A4 or the NFC S4, the price with PSU...- danger
