    NEC UltraSync PA271W 27" 2560x1440

While I can understand people digging up old CRTs, why would you buy a used LCD introduced 8 years ago for $200?

Am I crazy, thinking about going back to 22" from my 24" for higher PPI ?

    I would try 27" 4k with 200% scaling.

Widescreen everywhere. 16:9 is horrible for computers.

What's the point of this discussion, really? It's your preference, nothing more. There's plenty of others with a different preference. And manufacturers make what sells. Tablets are made in different aspect ratios because some of them are intended to be used vertically. Laptops are made in...

Sharp Showcases 27" 8K 120 Hz IGZO HDR Montior

That's the future - scales perfectly to 2160p, 1440p, 1080p and 720p. In 10 years 4320p should be the only resolution left, almost like having a CRT.

    HP Envy 32: 2560x1440 A-MVA

Bump! Along with the updated Envy 32, a new speaker-less Pavilion 32 was announced today. According to AMD Freesync site it should have a range of 48-75Hz with LFC. Anyone have seen any reviews of the updated Envy 32 with freesync or had a chance to check it themselves?

OK, so far we have tons of questions "will it work with my blah". What about the board itself? When and where can we buy it?
