I feel like there much more of a perceived privacy issue than an actual one.
'over my property' ... over your property is probably the worst locations to film something that is happening on your property. Looking down on stuff is a stupid angle. You can get a much better angle of something...
'In this case, I'm all for him defending his property.'
> resist an attack made on (someone or something); protect from harm or danger.
Certainly don't think that choice of words apply.
Err you sure it's him who can't read? Why would he even bench VP if he was only talking about games? Its super clear he's not just talking about game mode not having an advantage in games.
Seems like release dates needs to be factored in too. Eg with Maxwell high end came out in Q3/Q4-ish but the 960 dropped in Q1... less of a peak and less of a drop off. With Pascal it was all compressed, bigger peak but also bigger drop off.
FWIW Vive uses HDMI, the DP connector is just a built in DP to HDMI dongle. The dongle of early units has buggy firmware. 1070/1080 were first GPUs support DP1.4(?) I forget exactly, but that exposed bug in firmware. Hard to update those build-in dongles so new Vives have fixed firmware and...
You can see gameplay in videos, that's what you're buying. You're buying a Nintendo game console, 98% of the reason to get it is first party titles. Why compare specs with other consoles? -- Will any of them be getting Zelda? -- No? For your question, If they can get Zelda to look that good...
I always had HTPC in living room because nothing else could match it. But computers are expensive so In bed rooms every year would get some new shitty streaming device, and they all are hugely lacking and UIs are absolute shit, LOL. Always end up being disappointed. Got a Shield TV when it...
Lots of people computer hardware/gaming is their main hobby. They feel knowledgeable on subject and put effort into making best choices. AMD and NVIDIA sell competing products. Pretty much everyone needs a GPU so they look at options and decide which is best. Someone else in same situation...
Not sure if you can, but don't get why people are saying it doesn't make sense.. would be nice if when play 23.976fps video screen updated exactly every 41.708ms or half that if needed. No fps isn't varying but gsync would let monitor refresh at an arbitrary 'fixed' rate of the video being...
For home use IMO raidz2 is too annoying. Eventually when you want to change anything its a major PITA. I mean especially if you're just writing large media files and never changing them.
I've since switched to combination of snapraid array + zfs mirrors + mhddfs.
Have 14+ disk snapraid...
That can't help, but that is definitely not source of their issues... in fact that recall was sorta no big deal as no one actually bought the Karma drone.
> Struggling video camera maker GoPro announced a recall of the 2,500 Karma drones its has sold since the new product went on sale two...
It'll still get better over time, but yeah people hype it too much. Think about the logic: Game developers, who repeatedly push out games with massive issues and rely on being able to fix them later on via updates, have so much free time that with lower level access to hardware they're going...

I dunno, general flow of money is out of CA, if they kept that 66B/year they pay out maybe it would make a dent in those debts.
Maybe people need to agree on what the fuck they want... do you want human beings to have a hand in deciding what is okay or not? Or do you want an a computer algorithm to do?
You know.. $999 OG Titan seemed almost unreasonably expensive.. but as a halo product for gamers, or as a TESLA with display to do development on without the Quadro features/price I understood it. $1200 for new Titan X... every review is jumping on that price like its super unreasonable...
Click through to survey, read survey's questions, and then lose interest in all of this. Its a dumb survey.
Eg they say older people use more forms of technology... their forms of technology list land line, projector, fax machine.. wtf? I almost count it as a negative if you're still using...
I think the 50% must be him referring to when TitanXP is overclocked vs stock 1080... which isn't great comparison.... but The Division stock 1080 34.22fps and oced TitanXP is 52.83fps.. 54% faster.
If there are no good options just slam on brakes, problem solved. All of these hypothetical situations always start in a bad position.. how do you get in such bad position? Something has already gone wrong. If things are are already going wrong, hitting brakes is best thing to do.
I have YoutubeRed too. Replaced HTPC with a Nvidia ShieldTV. Sorta had forgotten ads were a thing. 1/2 got YoutubeRed to get rid of ads, 1/2 because money will sorta support the channels I watch, and 1/2 because you get google music subscription too.
Got Vive last night... it tops getting a voodoo1 and playing glquake for the first time. It's the future. Is resolution an issue? -- No. Never while playing games did I think resolution was a problem. When switching to desktop it looks like garbage, but in game resolution does not stand out...
That includes multiple generations of GPUs from multiple manufactures as well as integrated graphics. How about total 900 series addin cards from steam survey:
GTX 970 4.91%
GTX 960 3.14%
GTX 980 0.99%
GTX 980Ti 0.91%
GTX 950 0.52%
So high/mid/low:
980 980Ti 18.1%
970 46.8%
950 960 34.9%
Game developers have a hard time putting out games that run properly on single GPUs, how much time you do think they're going to put into getting multiGPU setups to work well?
100% of the time? No. Again I've crash quad literally 100s of times. Most of the time prop is pushed to one side or the other, or just from angle it flexes and breaks... but every once-in-awhile it doesn't, and it gets driven into the ground.
I dunno if crashing just right you can hit ground such that it drives entire length of prop into dirt and then snaps off. Racing quads props arn't quite as long but they're stiffer, and 1 pound object at >80mph has some energy.
Nvidia already has stuff out that supports HDR, Shield TV:
> Capable of supporting 10-bit color format (ITU-BT-2020 compliant) and HDR.
Here is them showing off HDR last year on PC:
