    My SX500-LG also makes a noise similar to Anshur's, but mine only makes a buzzing noise until I manually start the PSU fan by blowing on it (I blow on it at 0:30): Vocaroo | Voice message The sound is noticeable from basically anywhere in my apartment, so it's really annoying.
