Update it to get all the awesome new spyware and hidden built-in garbage. You don't want to be running outdated spyware do you? That's worse than new spyware.
Right, the cost isn't just $500. You also need to purchase a new game or two, maybe an extra controller as well. And then add sales tax and you are at $700 or so. That is a lot of money to fork over for a system that looks marginally better than the current consoles. Especially when the current...
I'd totally agree with that. I follow the graphics updates and whatever but these days, I can hardy see any improvements other than framerate and higher res which may or may not mean anything. Take a game that way made to have crappy graphics as a design language and then add on new hotness and...
Competition is always good. But with MS the competition is with the business market. And no one is asking for a dual screen business phone.
This is MS throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks. Windows 10 10, Nuo/Duo, maybe something sells.
It has an app store that developers don't write for. Win32 development is dead. And a jack of all trades, master of none device isn't something that would sell. No one is looking for a 3rd ecosystem and especially one with full blown Windows on it - all the problems of Windows, now on your phone!
I hear you. Maybe try re-training FaceID again to learn your facial features? I was really surprised that in a dark room, laying on my side, with a blanket covering half my head that FaceID could recognize me. Maybe I was just lucky in the first scan. I know with TouchID I had to add the same...
There's also the fact that the hardware that Wear OS runs on hasn't been updated in 3 years. Its a tough sell to consumers when you put out the same hardware every year with nothing new - no speed improvements, no better battery life, no shrinking of the device. Qualcomm screwed the Android...
The one thing I notice all the time is how awesome Face ID is compared to Touch ID. I thought I would hate Face ID but it has worked 100% of the time. I could be lying on my side, or have a hat on, or in complete darkness, or have half my face covered by a blanket and it will always work to...
I picked up an XS Max to replace an iPhone 8 and the XS feels so much faster than the 8. The battery life is so much better and the camera is outstanding. No regrets at all. this phone is just a work of art and a masterpiece.
Sounds like you want a backpack not a bag. I have a messenger type of bag that fits a 15" laptop and accessories but not full sized headphones and controllers.
I use this Aukey 30000mAh that I got for $39 and works great. It doesn’t have quick charge but its $20 less.

I believe that if you do a secure backup with iTunes then restore to the new phone you get almost everything copied over - imessages, sessions, soft tokens restored, etc.
Comparing the pics that were taken after the fact on a 28” 4k screen and also on my iPad pro. There’s less bright sun bursts in the pics on the 8 than the SE. But it’s what I would expect on a phone/camera with 2 year new optics and processing.
However, battery life doesn’t seem as good on the...
I have no idea. Obviously, customs can’t open every box that flows through. I’ve read posts from others that ordered goods from China that didn’t have an FCC logo or meet FCC certification requirements and was sent back.
Purchased an iPhone 8 to replace my SE that I’ve been using for the past year. I miss the physical size of the SE but the 8 screen is much nicer and brighter, the OS is faster opening and switching apps, and the camera takes much sharper pics with better color and contrast.
I gave my 6S+ to a friend last year and got an SE for myself. The 4” size is perfect for me, it fits easily into my front pocket and doesn’t buldge and show. The camera on it is great and so is the battery life.
App owners can already do this. My banking apps, LastPass, Dropbox, and a Journaling app all are set to require Touch ID to open them after the phone has already been unlocked.
MS is non stop fail in the consumer market. Windows is a dead end for the future. They have no consumer or mobile play so they will do half assed things they can.
Amazon doesn't own the right to the content so they are at the mercy of the studios and content owners. Its the same for everyone and everything. You have pretty high expections for an American company who's priority is the American market first and foremost. Netflix has had a lot of growing...
