I'm American, but I ordered from French Amazon cuz they had them in stock and shipped to America. Right now i'm having huge problems installing Windows 10 though. I keep getting IRLQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL errors like 10% into the install. Right now I'm cloning another Windows 10 OS that's...
Correct. Really pisses me off that EVGA would charge $200 for an ITX board with no wifi and no internal usb 2.0 ports for my H100i, so I have to run the cable out the back and into the rear I/O. This is why monopolies are bad, children. When you only have one product on the market, they can...
Still building atm, I'll update in a little bit lol. My Ncase M1 build is going along great. It did boot though, so now its all just putting it together and loading windows. I'm using an H100i GTX, so it should be interesting.
My i7 6700k arrived from France today! The processor was literally just sitting inside the box, outside the protective plastic.
Fuck you Amazon for selling the processor I ordered to someone else and making me wait for the next shipment. Fuck you Intel for making me order from French...
I finally got the email this morning that French amazon has shipped my i7. Should get over here in America by Wednesday, and cost <$400 including tax, so not bad. Free shipping because they fucked up my order too.
I just got my email from French Amazon saying that they don't have the i7 I ordered last week. Google translate isn't the best, but I think they are saying I won't have to pay for shipping when it eventually gets restocked.
"Aucuns frais d'envoi ne vous seront facturés pour l'envoi de vos...
On the plus side, maybe I'll have time to wait for a m-itx motherboard that isn't overpriced and shit (EVGA Stinger). Seriously, $200, no wifi and no USB Type C.
I emailed French Amazon asking why they haven't shipped my i7 yet, and they're like "I can't ship you one cuz we're out of stock" I ORDERED IT 4 DAYS AGO AND YOU SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE holy shit. Guaranteed Delivery by Tuesday my ass.
And it's like 10pm in France right now. Do the French even work on Saturdays?
I want to call and ask when they will be shipping it, but I'm afraid at this point that they'll just cancel my order after seeing I'm American.
Looks like French Amazon stopped allowing Americans to buy i7's just now. Plus, it says only 7 left in stock. I'd sure be pissed if they cancel the order I already placed.
Oh shit, I thought you were talking about dominator platinums lol. Yeah, the dominator 3200 16gb kit is $460 on amazon. I have no idea why they are that expensive for the exact same clock as the ones you posted.
No, but it isn't really that bad. I just ordered my i7, and it's cheaper than .com because import taxes are cheaper than sales taxes, plus Americans don't pay VAT. The website layout is exactly the same as .com, so if you've ever used that before, it's not too different.
I'm sure the Fury will be a popular card in this case, and there shouldn't be any mounting issues, as people have already fit water cooled Nvidia cards in their systems.
Also, the v4 that is currently open to orders is the first production run of it, so buy this version. The v4 is so new that...
This isn't really case related, but in your opinion, would air flow or static pressure fans work better to funnel air into and around the GPU to cool it better since the fans are directly below the card? The GPU does have it's own fans, so i'm wondering if pushing hot air away from the card with...
Would putting two 120mm fans as intake have a significant effect on case temps? I would definitely keep the GPU unmodified. I know non-blower coolers are bad for case temps in cases this small, but with enough fresh air, would it be acceptable?
If I were to put two 120mm fans below a dual-fan style graphics card, would intake or outtake be more effective at lowering GPU or Case temps. Also, would airflow or pressure optimized be more effective?
