I just picked up this monitor from a friend of mine and it was totally fine. Packed it, in the box it came in. Brought it home - no bumps or drops. Unpacked it and turned it on and this was there, what is this? Is it fixable? Thanks!

Mine came in today but I'm 50/50. I've been using the Dell 30" U3011 for a long time and I love it, perfect screen. But after hooking this up the backlight bleed is bothering me. You tell me if I'm being too sensitive or if this looks normal for an IPS. All of these are taken with my phone cam...
