AMD Would never release ATI i'm pretty sure. Their SoC solutions based off the on chip graphics are pretty popular right now compared to more expensive AMD offerings.

I agree. This is an alarming precedent. I would think in a case like this they would provide some proof to the customer, or else it's just bad PR.

I could see that. I myself am curious about Windows 10, but not sure I am quite ready to give up Windows 7. I would personally be waiting to see how it fares on the new systems before I purchase it. Always been a late adopter though I suppose.
