Well I ran the hide tool & have turned it off thru the setting. Still forces the driver updates for nVidia drivers. It's running an older 353 nVidia driver too that won't let me run a few games. So it's fuken useless to me to have something update to an old driver. I have a brand new 368.39...

i3 is a pile of garbage. I'd never in a million years recommend an i3 for a gaming rig. Maybe a laptop for light use.

Well finally found a driver to get the raid working. Thanks to Win Raid forums.

Well, I won't be needing it now. I finally was able to get the raid working on her 970A-DS3P v2. So she wants the 8 core FX-8300 I had instead. Had to do some major hunting but I found a driver that works with SSDs on the SB950 south bridge. So now all is well in AMD land again.

FYI, was playing around on one of the 850s & installed Win10 Pro 64 bit. For sh!tz & gigglez I installed Samsung Magician & tried the firmware update on her Evo 850 250g. Was able to get that one & her Win7 Pro 64 bit installed 850 updated to the new firmware. Couldn't get it on Win7 Pro 64...

I know this is more than 4 months later, but anyone get this firmware to stick? I have two Evo 850s that download the updated firmware. But stop during installation, says it failed. Just curious if there was ever a fix. This popped up in my google search.
