What's with all these modern games having so much purple ? Like everything has to be purple now. I can watch a trailer for a new game and tell what kind of game it's going to be given how much purple is in it.Im starting to use it as a metric of how much i need to avoid the title.

Just as an FYI you can run AMD FSR on any Proton game for Linux (and that means steamdeck eventually) using the: WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR=1 %command% in the steam game launch properties menu. And it doesn't cost anything to copy and paste :p

They really should be adding freesync/VRR to this thing. Not sure it is possible after the fact using firmware/software updates ? but i know freesync is supported on AMD using Linux so it's a bit of a head scratcher if they omitted this intentionally.

I guess I look to TDP / performance to identify improvements in generational releases. This generation just didn't stack up for me. Behemoth GPU's that destroy your energy bill (along with the 'actual' TDP on that intel CPU) and ruin your comfy gamer moments with the heat & noise generated...
