wait what? you want 2x of the same specs for $300-350??? is that per or total budget? used or new?
What computer do you have that can run two monitors @ 1440P 144hz O.O
also check the subreddit hardwareswap, some used components there as well, i do most of my trading there since i am soooo lazy at posting on hardforums and meeting the requirements lol...
I have yet to still contemplate if i want to go back to UW or just regualr 1440P, i kind of side graded from 1080 Ti -> 2080 but ill just flip a coin i guess...
Understood, i think NVIDIA has the SLIGHTLY smaller higher performance than compared to the Navi GPUs, check the benchmarks for those games. Are you against used graphics cards? I would look @ MSI, ASUS, EVGA cards as they are based on SN and the warranty can be transferred.
also the resolution...
Hello all,
I am back after my 6-8 month of hiatus from the PC life. I used to run 1800x + 1080 Ti on a AW3418DW but I sold all my components back then. Now i am rebuilding my rig with a 7820x + 2080 GTX all under water again. I am currently contemplating between 3 monitors (if there is...
The person could always look for benchmarks based on the games they play and resolution. Another thing they could state is if they were going to play CEMU games then we could tell them go 2070S but yeah
this is 100% true, @ 1440P the difference is very small but as sabre has stated base it on the games you play and what kind of monitor you have.
Guys tell me if i am wrong but GSYNC monitors cannot be used on RADEON cards, so if you have a GSYNC monitor and want to use that stick with your nvidia
really? what resolution do you play at? I would just buy it for who knows what xD the 5700XT seems to do fairly well in the 1440P realm and at the price of $350-400 its so great
I am kind of in the same boat lol... i was originally going to buy a used reference 5700XT for $350 but then it went OOS. Then I was thinking about the AIB 5700XT for around $440. Then my mind started racing.... I see this Radeon VII for $500 used but is it worth it? looked at benchmarks... nope...
so then in a case like the phanteks mitx enthoo evolv, the blower fan would be better than the AIB coolers correct? but the fan curve speed will also be louder
What are the prices of the two? BTW there is also this one and it isn't dell, not sure if you are just stuck with dell as well https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CTHLX8C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_3yGwDb99H6BQ2
when seasonics m2ii gets heavy load the fan noise does increase, (the XFX PRO series are rebrands of the seasonics m2ii)
If money is of no question than the CM V550S is a REALLY great psu
Just a thought the r9 300 series are coming out, but just a thought
best bet would be going used for the 280x (140-150, brand new like XFX DD heatsink goes for $210) happy hunting
Would keep the 7970 sit on it til next gen comes out, pick up the 380x in a month or two. The speculations of the 380x is that price will be $300-350 and be 10-15% faster than the 290x just a thought
