They sure are. I backed out of the campaign at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. I probably overpaid for mine, but I didn't want to chance there not being white ones produced in the future. ;)
Now to shut down and begin the migration process!!
Upon examining the fit of several different SSD's and HD's, it looks like the optimal height is, as the specs say, 9.5mm. I do have an old WD 1TB drive that measures around 12mm, but it seems that it would come in contact and possibly bulge out the side panel. So much for putting it two 5TB...
I just got my case from someone who parted ways with theirs. It's hard to believe "most" of what's in its big brother will fit in such a small package.
Yeah, I'd like to see some exact measurements to help decide what to put in.
I was looking at the 5TB versions, but I'm afraid they probably won't fit.
They're doing it on Kickstarter. I'm not sure if they have the same rules. Also, it doesn't seem apparent what changes, if any, there are for the "v2".
I just looked at the Dan Case site and that's pretty much what they are doing for v2. I hadn't looked at his thread in a long while and had missed the first round. Maybe if a poll was made to see what interest would be for another round. :)
Why did I cancel my order...why?!?!?!?!!! :banghead: :dead: I'm in the U.S. if anyone wants to part with one. Ready to shower you with PayPal.:) The wait for retail is unbearable.
I'm kicking myself for cancelling my order. I had something come up that I needed the money for. How soon after the Indigogo cases go out will the case go on sale to the public? Will white be available?
Packed by a bunch of idiots, it looks like.
I ordered a PSU on 3/12/15 and it is finally showing that it has been shipped as of 3/20/15. And it has been "in stock" this whole time. Amazon is slipping lately.
Wow. Just, wow. I have owned the Ncase M1 and currently own a Compact Splash...but looking at this...I want to trade up for this beauty. Well done!! ;)
Exactly. You guys have quite a following. Even if you did small runs like you did with the first M1, they would surely sell out quickly. Maybe even do a second version similar to this (from post #7898):
