I've been using HWInfo for temps, and it always agrees with Ryzen Master (old and new - the 1700 doesn't have the 20c temperature offset). So 75c and under is safe, 95c is definitely un-safe. Between 75 and 95 is.... bad? Will it degrade the CPU if I run it up there in that zone? One reason why...

So, this is weird - it only goes stable at 1.375v if I set it from within AMD Overdrive. If I set it from BIOS, it will not be stable in Prime95. I'm starting to think this isn't just the chip deteriorating. :-(
