I figured it was worth the couple bucks to keep my 3600 cooler so I was able to snag a Wraith Prism RGB from someone selling them for $5 + shipping (lucky).
Holy shit, two thumbs up for AMD making install so freaking easy with this cooler. The clamping system was PERFECT. It fit my ITX board...
Struggling to decide between a brand new 5700 XT or a used 1080TI.
I can get the 5700 XT for ~$350 (using 10% eBay Bucks + 5% Discover Promo) or I can get a used 1080TI for slightly more.
I like the fact that the 5700XT is new, has a longer warranty, but I feel the 1080TI is going to...
I am building 2 rigs and want to try to keep expense down.
I used to have a 1070 and it handled 1440P 60hz pretty well, very well actually. I sold the card a while back and now I am looking to get back in, however, the new gen is a little rich for my blood.
Does the 1080 handle 1440P 144hz...
Looking to build two rigs around Black Friday, I really don't want to have to go through the hassle of the BIOS updating issue. I keep seeing B550 boards but I have no idea when they are coming out or price.
Is there currently a good value ITX mobo out there that will handle Ryzen 3600?
I didn't realize that finding a new monitor was going to be a herculean effort, looking for:
27", 1440P, 144hz, Gsync Compatible, IPS monitor
I need two of them so I would love to keep them around $300-$350.
Is there any coming out worth waiting for?
Cheers
I have a b-stock 1070 EVGA SC, I almost never use it, played around 20 hours of gaming and that's about it.
Figured with the price increase, it wouldn't be a bad time to sell, I'd be thrilled with around $515-525 shipped.
How long are we looking to Volta? Could Volta be the same...
