I have a 3440x1440 ultrawide freesync monitor that I was thinking about waiting until Vega for, but then I just grabbed a 480 and water block instead. I was coming from a GTX 680, so it's a good upgrade. If you have a Fury, I'd say wait for sure! Vega won't be out until sometime next year...

At first I thought it'd be possible if you went with something like the Apogee Drive II pump/block? I have that and I think it's great. However, I think you'd need to downsize to a 2.5" mechanical hard drive if you want it to work though. Or being it's 2016, use a NAS or network storage :D

I was just shopping the same thing a couple of months ago with rads. I went with the GTS as well and I'm quite happy. OC'd 4790k and GTX680 and I'm into the upper 60's with my temps while stress testing. The 6700K will run cooler than that so you should not have any problems

Well, good news. Finally got my new H220 pump last week and it's working great. Only problem was that it took 7 weeks to get the replacement. Ugh. Regardless, I'm still fairly satisfied and the new pump is great

Yeah, hence another reason I'm worried. Not just the quality but getting the thing in the first place. Seems kind of expensive for a small res but I understand the small demand I did the mod and it's great. No clicking or anything like that

Yeah, I dont really have too many good things to say about Swiftech and the H220 right now. I've had a dead pump for 2 weeks, and sent my original email asking for a RMA on Feb 2nd. I even had to follow up multiple times to get a response sometimes. Last they told me they were waiting on parts...

I know the screws on the H220 arent all that great, but after taking mine in and out a few times, this most recent time I just finger tightened them since theyre similar to a thumb screw. My temps are great and I didnt have to torque them down ultra tight. Try that. if it works, im curious...

Update from the past 2 weeks. Turns out it was my H220. Then thing was stuck wide open at 100%. i was just dealing with it until the RMA could show up. Two issues now. 1. Swiftech is out of H220 pumps so they're waiting on parts and 2. the pump died on me over the weekend. It still functioned...

I even downgraded the BIOS to make sure. Nothing. As you know, with the H220, the cable is nicely sleeved and in great shape. So no problems there. On the oher hand, the H220 doesnt run too bad with 1 fan on full blast and the other one off to help with noise :D

Yep. CPU header = stuck at 100%. Chasis fan = working but is voltage vs PWM. Dont think I'm going to bother RMAing it right now since I have a fan controller on the way

Today isnt off to a good start... Once I got up this am and turned on my cpu, my H220 pump was stuck maxing at 100%. Long story short, looks like my cpu header has gone semi-bad and is stuck at 12v but the fan header still works correctly. Tried old BIOS, BIOS reset, etc. Whats even better is...

I'm a H220 with a gpu loop. My 4670k is only at stock and my HD6870 is running a slight oc but Idle = 30-31C Load = 48-50C No other fans in the system and it's silent

Getting the air out of the H220 was one of the most difficult things I have ever accomplished. It did take me a few hours. Lots of power cycles because you can get the bubbles into the rad, but the res doesnt always refill them. Quite frustrating

Done! Took awhile and the H220 still sucks to bleed. Went with 2 Gentle Typhoons as replacements too AsRock z87, Crucial M500, HD6870, Silverstone PP05-E wires Went with a msata disk to lessen a couple of wires. Fairly clean in there and room for air

#575 arrived yesterday in MI. Was just able to pick it up today though. Didnt get a chance to open it but I'm sure it will be fine. Asrock Z87 + H220 combo being assembled tomorrow!
