The Q Clan servers are a good choice if your on the West coast. They don't put up with any crap and ban asshats quickly.

You might want to try this freeware program. It fixed my problem in getting my mic to bind to line-in 2/mic 2 (I'm using the SB Audigy front panel) which a lot of games force to line-in 1/mic 1. http://www.muvixer.com/

If you want to play at full high without any tearing it is. I was playing at 1680x1050 with a highly overclocked 7950GT and even with lower settings I would get tearing unless I had vsync enabled.
