Just wanted to say that I would also be interested in buying 1 frame with the 2 different panel colors / feet colors. Maybe If enough people show an interest this might be option. Unlikely though :(.

How is the titan/gtx 780 cooler's air intake positioned in reference to the vent holes in the side panel of the sg05? By just looking at pictures of the two it looks like they may be misaligned, will this starve the videocard from intaking enough air or does it work just fine? Thanks :).

This is probably a very stupid question, but do you guys think there is anyway one could fit a gtx 780 phantom in the sg06 (With modding ofc) its only 7 mm longer than the reference cooler, but its a 2.5 slot cooler.

Yeah, but I really hate the look of the front panel of SG07 :D (and its still quite a bit heavier than the sg06 because it takes a full ATX PSU). If you have ever seen any cool SG07 panel mods i'd love to see them :)!

By "priority shipment" I literally meant priority shipment at the post office, not in the sense that our cases get shipped first, but instead that when they do get shipped they get shipped with priority mail instead of normal :p.

Can we see some updated renders :)? Also for the production campaign is there any chance you guys can make a tier for priority shipment? This would make the difference whether or not I get to set up and play with my pc before uni starts :p .

So has anyone completely figured out how to use a dedicated sound card in the 3rd expansion slot with a haswell motherboard? What motherboard would you use, what mini pcie extender/converter would you use, how would you mount that that extender?

Thanks for answering my query cow. So it looks like we are having a hard time finding a way to use a dedicated sound card alongside a dual slot gpu in this case :( .

A sound card like the Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD or Xonar Essence STX

Because I want to house the soundcard inside the case, and its nice to have the outputs accesible at the back of the case through the expansion slot.

Would it be possible to find a mini-PCIe to usb adapter and plug in a soundcard like that?

Ian, if the height was increased then the micro ATX PSU would fit, making space for flex ATX. Edit: This is just me fantasizing, I would still vote against a height increase if there ever is a poll :D

Out of interest why dont Flex ATX motherboards work? I found some nice ones way better than the ECS. The size of Flex ATX is 229*191 mm height and width respectively. If the case did indeed receive a height increase would the flex ATX boards be viable then?

Just wanted to say that if anyone is considering the ECS motherboard with 2 expansion slots, I just found out it only has sata II connections, so if you have a decent SSD you would waste some speed. Man, I really Hope ECS makes a revision with sata III, usb 3 and power LED header.

What would the effect of thin acoustic insulation mats be (There exist some marketed for pc use)? Would it destroy the thermal values? Would it have any significant impact on the noise the case produces?

The ECS board seams to have a very cool layout, im just not sure how severely I will be limited with it. From what I can tell - only usb 2, no wifi or bluetooth card, support up to ivy bridge, no cpu overclocking and a cheap feel to the board.

You see what happens when you start giving in to special demands, before you know it the case has the size of the prodigy because everyone wants to fit their own special hardware in there.

If the current thermal testing shows good results I dont see why they should bother to get a second prototype.
