I use a chromecast and it's the best thing you can get for $35, get the first gen and it's $20 (not that much of a difference anyways)
As someone mentioned, you can cast your desktop on it as well
there's a setting in most games saying which monitor to select.
Other option would be, if you're not using the other two in game, turn them off before launching the game, yes it's a hassle but doesn't take more than a minute
Do you mind listing what you paid and then comparing that to what you could've paid for them if you waited till tomorrow?
[color=teal]No idea about the M.2 but the Samsung Evo 850 480GB is on sale for $179 (and there's a $20 discount if you use visacheckout if you spend $200) at newegg...

How long do you plan on keeping the card? the 290X still has the same benchmarks as a 390 so go for that if it's cheaper unless you plan on keeping it for like 3 - 5 years then the 8GB might be beneficial in the future
The Last of Us - as you said
Uncharted series - as everyone said
God Of war series - or else just give away your ps
Infamous - multiple people swear by it though I've never played the series
Bloodborne - Got lots of mixed reviews, guess it depends if you like that kind of games
Fifa 2016 -...
If it's browsing only, you can get those $100 PC sticks and you're good to go.
The other option (would cost more) would be to implement a VDI solution with thin clients at each desk
Depends on how much money do you want to spend and who's going to manage it?
