My power plan is balanced from Power Options under Control Panel and my power management mode is optimal power from Manage 3D Settings under Nvidia Control Panel.
I've tried to use Display Drive Uninstaller and it ended the same way. Here're the logs:
I found the problem usually happen when I'm surfing the websites using browser hardware acceleration. Is it related?
I've tried to perform clean installation using Nvidia driver but the problem still exists. So far I haven't encounter any crash after using clean boot. How to determine which services and startup causing the problem?
My monitor goes black screen for one second and come back normal with yellow exclamation sign as tray icon without any messages when doing general computer activities from time to time.
I would to like to purchase the mouse for playing FPS games. What coating it is and can it absorb sweat? Are the left and right click buttons too light and will I accidentally press on them when playing?
When I was doing regular tasks during the middle of using PC, they both suddenly stopped working. I have to switch to other USB slots in order to make them work every time. Is it due to the low battery of my motherboard?
Here're my specs:

Mobo: GA-H77M-D3H
Case: CM K280, 1 exhaust fan
When I put over 100 FPS in a game, my Intel stock cooler starts to make noise. Which one to buy? Cryorig M9i or C7? Or other CPU coolers maybe.
Intel stock cooler. When I run Overwatch at 120 FPS, my CPU temp is at 70c and my cooler make noise. What do you mean by "an idea of what you should get stock"?
I'm using Gigabyte 1050 Ti OC. After I ran Techpowerup as standalone program, my PC hang. After I put +500 for core clock and memory clock in MSI Afterburner, I remember the GPU clock was 2002 Mhz as shown in Techpower program. Is that fine? Also, when I ran Dxdiag program, my monitor showed...

I stretch my budget a bit and I choose RX 470 4GB instead of GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1060 3GB. Is it good choice and why? If I choose Sapphire Radeon RX 470 4GB NITRO+, is it quiet when idle, ultra settings when gaming with my current spec?

What are the specs that made you say I'm running a potato computer? Because my graphics card was dead. So what graphics card should I replace with my current spec? But my monitor still in good condition. Why would I change it?

I've come down to these two choices: GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or GTX 1060 3GB (or 6GB) Which one to buy to fit my current spec? I play Overwatch mostly or maybe other games in future.
My casing has 1 rear fan, no top vent so no top fan, and no front fan. If I use GTX 1060 with 60 FPS and ultra settings, does it generate more heat therefore make loud noise in my casing?
With detail settings maxed out, does graphics card generate more heat and therefore its fan spin faster and make loud noise? Will it affect CPU cooler too?
I've been using Asus GTX670-DC2OG-2GD5 for 3 years and it is dying due to white lines appearance on screen. What graphics card to buy for replacement? My budget is under $230.
