I have a 980 Kingpin Edition with an 81.0% ASIC Quality rating. It has successfully benched at 1597 MHz (+130 MHz) on the GPU Clock and 2040 MHz (+575 MHz) on the Memory Clock on the stock BIOS at 1150 mV under water.
