Im sorry for my English.
I got X-Star DP2414LED several days ago just to overclock it and compare with my BenQ XL2411Z.
First of all I dont like this strobed techs like LightBoost, ULMB, BenQ Blur Reduction and etc and I prefer to play fast twitched FPS. (Input lag is noticeable for me...
"Beside those specs the panel gives you the option give you the ability to switch of off all the motion blur things you don't want as a gamer." so it's like lightboost? :D
"I also didn't notice any input lagg." same.
recommended price for that model in Russia is €333.
also found some rough prices: €307, €350, €339, €401 (incl VAT).
but u can buy other 24" 144hz like benq xl2411t for €210-220 and €280-290 in Russia.
What exact monitor model did you opened? Guess BenQ XL2420T and BenQ XL2411T will have not same input lag when LB is on. For 100hz LB input lag will be around 14ms. For 120hz will be around 11ms?
By input lag i mean difference with CRT.
good review and tests of pixel response and input lag:

In nvidia panel untick "Enable stereoscopic 3D" and click apply. It's sounds silly but it works for me. Nothing changes for monitor, he's still in LB mode and u can check it via monitor OSD but any capping removes. Seems like it's bug in my nvidia drivers version 310.70...
I'm sure that is not via DDC. Just disable DDC in monitor menu and try to send DDC commands and then try to enable lightboost. For my benq xl2411t when i set off DDC in monitors menu: DDC commands doesnt work but enabling 3d mode(lightboost) works.
Guess it's the way. "C:\Program Files...
May be limited by monitor's firmware or hardware. May be only by nvidia drivers. (lightboost is nvidia technology). I hope 144hz support or answer from nvidia will be in a few months.
I've edited original XL2411T EDID and saved it to .inf file: changed only 4 values: "Manufacturer ID", "Model ID", "Serial number", "2nd description field"(Display Product Serial Number), "4th description field"(Display Product Name) to Asus VG278 values.
Now i have original XL2411T refresh rate...
