i would look out for the g500. it occasionally goes on sale on newegg for 34.99 w/ free shipping. i would have got one, but my g5 is still going strong after 5 years - except the sensitivity buttons ...

i dropped my s3 on concrete once, but the screen was fine. i use the cygnett shell. not pretty but effective.

galaxy cards are solid.

the 7770 will age relatively quickly. i would use what u would spend on it toward a better card, at least a 7850.

the money you could save by not buying this card is ~12% of a $500 build. that's too much imo

if high queue depth sequential speeds are important to you, then go ahead and get it.

x650 Seasonic is nice and quiet. i unfortunately had to replace it with the infamous tr2 rx 750w thermaltake and the coil whine is quite annoying :(
