It boots slow when i have my external hard drive plugged in. Disconnect hard drive and fast boot.

At idle, throttling is normal. It does that lower temperature and extend GPU life. It will go back to default speed as soon as you start gaming.

I had the HD555, it has deep sound.

You confirmed that all RAMs are good that mean 1 RAM slot is faulty.
