Flashlight Phone App Lied About Sharing Data

Shit like this is why I now block every single installed app on my phone with 'Privacy Guard' (which supposedly blocks access to all personal data) on Cyanogenmod. I'm not sure how good it actually works but it makes me feel a little better. :) Fuck these scum bag data thieves. Fuck the NSA...

Can you use TrueCrypt on a MBPr laptop system partition?

I didn't upload it to iCloud when prompted. If I forget the password it's all a loss. Safer this way and if I cant remember the password I guess it wasn't that important anyway and I'll just reformat the system and start over...lol. My password is only 15 characters anyway.

World's Most Elaborate Bitcoin Mining Operation?

What hardware would it take for a regular (as in not a millionaire) person to mine 1 or 2 BTC's or LTC's in a month? Is BTC too far gone for regular people and LTC the only real (speculative) alternative?

Can you use TrueCrypt on a MBPr laptop system partition?

Thanks for the info guys. I went this route for the time being. XTS-AES 128 encryption should do it, I think...lol.

Can you use TrueCrypt on a MBPr laptop system partition?

So I used Windows 7 64 for a long time and you could encrypt the entire system partition with TrueCrypt however moving to a MBPr with OS X it appears I can no longer encrypt my entire system partition with it. Am I missing something here? Is it possible and I'm just not seeing it? I've looked...

FCC May Relax Ban on In-Flight Cell Phone Use

Easy fix, they'll be charging for the connection to their preinstalled equipment on the planes. They claim it costs 3-4 million per plane to install the equipment so their charge for the service will be minimal. :) Good Luck!

Supreme Court Blocks Challenge To NSA Phone Tracking

Well maybe our GOV should mind its own fucking business and stop trying to take over the world under the guise of spreading democracy or stop terror (or whatever it is today), which we don't even have here. Didn't we arm and train some of the fuckers to begin with? Sounds like we have some...

Supreme Court Blocks Challenge To NSA Phone Tracking

You do know that was a counter attack, right? They didn't do it because they're jealous of our big titty women and delusional freedoms. They did it because our GOV bombed them first. Just like we start shit with everyone else and then yell 'BAD GUYS/TERRORISTS' when they do anything about it...

Supreme Court Blocks Challenge To NSA Phone Tracking

If it's 'almost' then the rest of this is bullshit already. You think they told the truth about it all too...lol. And with that said that was their PR excuse, that doesn't mean it was the actual truth. However it's well established anything they tell you must be true, as from your previous...

Everyone that was targeted and had their computers attacked and compromised by the NSA just because they were running a program called TOR. There, now you have more than one person (100's to 1,000's is my guess), which is one of the things Edward Snowden informed us about, too. Also, the attack...

You've been wrong for a long time now. Way past that phase, captain. However an inquisitive person will remember that they've been caught lying enough times by now and last time I checked you can't just walk in and ask to look around to actually verify it. So you take their word for it while...

Do you have actual proof they discontinued it? Do you have actual proof to back up this claim? Also I guess you just missed that they repeatedly did it and also lied to the court about the details of their reach. Anything can be useless if you have a closed mind.

Is there anyway to use Logitech Z-5500's on a MBPr laptop?

I sold my desktop recently (waiting on a new build this winter) and purchased a 13" MBPr laptop. So now I have a Logitech Z-5500 speaker system just sitting in the corner so it got me wondering if there is a way to use the speakers on this laptop. Any (easy) way to do this? Thanks

I find this comment hilarious. So you don't actually have a clue what they currently do now on the internet behind closed doors since they're under protection from real (real) oversight. I'm sure they break laws daily myself. Call it intuition. This one too. How could they? Walk in and...

It's Time To Admit That Apple Is Blowing It

Hey, I just bought my first Apple product ever. A 13" 2.4ghz (Haswell)/8GB//256GB Mac Book Pro with a 2560x1600 (Retina) display, for $1,510...lol. I think it's nice overall (overpriced though) but the main reason I got it is to just be more familiar with OS X itself. It turned out to be pretty...

Is there any speculation on the possible screen size of the S5 (staying the same?)? Is it expected to have 3GB of RAM like the Note 3? I doubt anyone really knows but just wondering.
