I don't see what a person's finances or salary has anything to do with it. Whether a person is making minimum wage or six-figures a year, why not make passive income? You have nothing to lose from mining when you aren't gaming with your rig. Even when you factor in electricity costs (~$0.1/kWh)...
For anyone considering a 3090 for mining, just keep in mind that the GDDR6X VRAM memory runs HOT. Doesn't matter what variant...temps are known to get above the >110C threshold and throttle. The core temps will be fine >60C but VRAM temps will be >110C and throttle the card. Only way around it...
Like pendragon1 suggested, your current GPU settings might be unstable and locking up your PC. This has happened to me a few times on my rigs whille trying to fine-tune clock and voltage settings...will seem stable for 30-40 minutes then lock-up. Set everything to stock settings and see if the...
Confirmed still working as of 9/6.
1. Received my card in about 4 business days.
2. Paypal Bank Verification took 1 day
3. Direct Deposit from Paypal Balance to AMEx took 2 days to process on PP's end, and another day on AMEx's end.
4. Total of ~1 week to get my 12K RP
Just purchased 10 $0.15...
Works great, bought about 2 months ago and has been turned on less than 20 minutes. It's been sitting on top of my computer monitor for it's short time with me.
Price is $50 shipped/PP. No box unfortunately.
Forgive me for asking but how would you add your Amex card/Serve account as a bank account to your Paypal/Amazon Payments account?
Wouldn't you need a routing and account number to be able to do that?
Just signed up for the card, should be receiving it within 7-10 days. I verified my email and the status reflects as such on my Serve account but still haven't received my RP yet. It's been about 30 minutes. How long does it usually take to get the initial 1000 RP?
I have 2 4TB Seagate External Hard Drives for sale. One is an Expansion Plus that is about a month old and the other a Backup Plus that is about 2 weeks old. Both work perfectly and come with the original box/paperwork as well as a USB 3.0 cable and AC adapter.
I know these go on sale for...
I have a G51VX-A1 gaming laptop up for sale. About 4 years old. Battery no longer holds a charge but runs off AC adapter fine.
It's not in the best condition, I'd say 6.5-7/10..small scratches here and there and the DVD tray is missing. The DVD drive is THERE and functioning but the DVD...
Hey all, sorry for the double post. However, I have now decided that I will not consider a 120HZ 3D panel to replace my Dell 3007WFP.
To be honest, I was quite disappointed with the 3007WFP, as I felt the colors did not look as good (when gaming/general usage) as my $300 HP 2711X LED Glossy...
Hey all, I am in quite a dilemma. I am trying to debate between keeping my Dell 3007WFP 2560x1600 IPS display or selling it off and buying an Asus 27" 120HZ monitor w/ Lightboost Hack(VG278H). I don't really need the IPS color accuracy and to be honest, I thought the colors of my old HP 2711X...
Hey all, I am selling my PE4L 2.1B E-GPU kit that I purchased new from HarmonicInversions in December, so it's only a couple months old. It was used in my E-GPU setup which consisted of a GTX680 and 500 watt PSU, and performed flawlessly.
The kit includes:
-PE4L 2.1B w/ Expresscard Adapter...

These are going for $550-$600+ on eBay. I am asking $450.
Most likely the cheapest price you'll find for a 30" 2560x1600 display anywhere.
It'll be pricey but will ship at buyer's expense. It'll be around <$150 to ship all 3 items, around $100 for the Monitor + EGPU setup.
It is X1. Not full bandwidth but still performs amazing.
Price: Mainly only looking at trades at the moment. Nothing specific in mind, just offer and the worst I can say is no!
Condition: Used
Warranty: None
Reason for sale: Just want an AIO machine for my uses.
Item location: Sacramento, California, United States
Shipping: Local pickup...
Look into the Ultimate Ears TF10s/UE900s. From my experience, the TF10's made gaming very fun. Not the best soundstage but the overall sound signature just made everything pop.
Don't buy a dedicated gaming headset unless you absolutely must have a headphone+mic combo AIO. Otherwise, it'd be much better to purchase a nice set of headphones, like the ATH-AD900x's previously mentioned and use a standalone mic.
There is a Gaming Headphone/Headset guide on Head-Fi that you...
1. Alienware: Expensive; great build quality/cooling (generally, their recent models have had GPU throttling issues); amazing warranty.
2. Sager/Clevo: Same performance as Alienware; best bang for the buck; warranty policy is lackluster; decent build quality/great cooling; relatively unknown...
Without more information, it's impossible to determine which phone is best for your needs.
Both phones highlight vastly different selling points that cater to different crowds.
Yes, the Nexus 4 will receive faster OS updates and will probably have much more development in the long-run, but...
Why is Verizon Wireless so popular amongst consumers? Their prices are ridiculously high. Yes, they have LTE but honestly, who needs 30MBPS+ speeds on a mobile device? Yes, you can tether and boast that your cell phone is faster than most others home connection but what's the point when data...
Take rumors, especially in the cell phone realm, with a grain of salt. There is just simply too much variance with no apparent pattern in terms of what cell phone companies decide to put in their new phones.
