Sry to be so late replying, ive been through so much researching and am still getting nowhere. I may try getting a Bluetooth dongle with EDR as the article in the link u provided states. if i do, i'll let u know man, thanks Ab' ;)
Hi, i recently purchased a Sony DS4 controller to play Rocket League on my PC (Win 7 Ultimate x64) but have been unable to connect it via my Asus Maximus V Formula z77 motherboards onboard bluetooth solution (cabled is fine). I then tried to connect my phone & my wife's tab, but neither would...

Yeh i filed a return (postage paid) ...oddly enough, after alerting the seller, the listings still did not come down, they simply lowered the price
I've also been using a Steelseries...
So ye, i recently bought a couple of Goliathus "Control Edition" mouse mats on ebay. and here's what we have...
My original old Goliathus Control (left) and one of the bogus counterfeits (right) which i received from an ebay seller.
Ahhhh, i thought as much. he did state in one of the post auction msgs:
"if you install that software, off the disk or the site you will find a latency with al the programmable buttons, you have to set them yourself"
Hi, i recently bought a razer / microsoft - habu mouse on ebay for my gf. Sadly, the mouse has issues registering clicks. Whilst testing with notepad and the on screen keyboard i found the following: Sometimes it will register correctly, sometimes it will register 2 or three characters, other...

Resetting the BIOS was mentioned prevoiusly in this thread, which i did ...still got errors though.
Is it not possible to relax the memory timings with this board/bios ?
Ahhh, i see. I am more inclined to replace the memory as it's alot easier, and i wouldn't have to reinstall my system either.
as an afterthought, i did have the idea that relaxing the memory timings (9-10-9-27 @ T2) might work, but i cannot find the option to do this anywhere in the bios
Days? lol, i ran it for 7hrs or so (4 passes) thing is, when i began testing, the errors appeared with my rig & memory on 3rd / 4th pass.
not too sure if it was running in mutithreaded mode, is it in the config screen?
Ok, i tested my memory in the kids rig and memtest confirmed no errors. I then ran the kids memory in my rig and memtest confirmed no errors also  ...i'm stumped, what gives?
well, running at defaults hasn't made any difference. Still getting errors. Tried at different frequencies (down to 800Mhz)
I just realized that i can try my memory in our daughters pc (which memtest confirmed was clean) and vice versa. Hopefully this may indicate if it's a memory issue or...
Sorry to doublepost but after resetting i noticed that the date / time in the bios didn't need to be reset  ...or does this only change when the battery has been removed / reinserted?
All i really had to do was enable the xmp profile for the memory.
i do have a reset button but i think it's for rebooting when not in a case (maybe for bench testing?)
There is a "Clear RTC RAM (3-pin CLRTC_SW)" would this be the bios clearing jumper? ...if it is, will it undo any bios updates that the board has undergone, as im running a 3rd gen i7 that...
Ok, i reset defaults (AHCI is on) CPU is still on 3.9Ghz ...turbo still on?
memory is at 1866Mhz which is the rated frequency. Can i retest like this or do i need to back the mem off to 1600Mhz?
No blue screens, only one game that's crashing - F.E.A.R. 1 - although this could well be an operating system compatability issue though. I did venture into the bios to set the turbo frequency and may have inadvertently changed something i shouldn't have. what should i do?
Hi, getting memtest errors on my sig rig, wheras the win7 memory diagnostic tool says there ok
I tested each stick seperately in each slot but couldn't see any pattern to tell whether it's a memory or motherboard or settings issue, heres the results in a simple table
Stick A -...
Hi, does anyone here know where i might be able to get some of the "older style" front panel clips for an Armorsuit PC-P50R. I bought some from Overclockers UK (part No. PT-JT01) but there a newer design and are not compatible. I need the ones that screw in to the panel. Since buying the wrong...
Would these be suitable? http://www.frozencpu.com/products/5429/cpa-151/Lian_Li_Internal_Radiator_Mounts_CCRADBRACKETS.html?tl=g30c637s1731
admittedly, there in the US, but i may be able to source some a little closer to home in the UK..
I'm trying to work out how to mount the 920's radiator & fans in the middle sector of the 5.25" bay. there's room if i remove one of the separator plates, but i'm just looking for any advice on how to actually mount it
Any help would be most gratefully appreciated ;)
Nice to know that newegg is here in the UK. I've always used Scan as they have great customer support & are usually pretty reasonable.
Also see what your saying about size / design ;)
Also well im here, whats the difference (besides the size ofc) between 2.5" & 3.5" HDD's?
is there any benefits choosing one over the other in a desktop case?
