Depends on the kind of trolling I guess. I usually get a good chuckle out of a well-used c4 or jihad attack. And I definitely enjoy trolling campers :)

I feel ya. Happens to me all the time. When first leveling the assault class I would just go to a metro meatgrinder and revive/heal only. I would easily have the most points on the team and only have a handful of kills.
