I'm at 4.5 ghz on a Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD3 with a Seidon 120v. I couldn't OC until Bios F6 was released this week. No stability issues at 4.5ghz, couldn't boot to Windows at 4.6ghz.

That would be my assumption, because Nvidia's surround only supports 3 displays and not 4. From what I've read on that site and others you can use 4 displays at desktop but only 3 for games.
The 7850 wouldn't be a bad idea (certainly faster than the 560 and a generation newer) but I'm not...
